Lottery for Nationals! Tuesday July 13th
Today I got together with my state directors for the lottery for nationals! Its an online lottery and i found out what days i do Interview, Evening Wear, Sports wear and Talent! It was very exciting seeing my name up on the screen and was so nice to go out to eat afterwards!
4th of July Parade in Columbus!
Parades!!!! What a great time it was in Columbus representing Wisconsin! Being in parades is always so much fun, especially when you see all the adults and children having such a great time. I was so excited to see Kim again and participating for the forth of July was a blast! A sea of Red, White, and Blue. It went by so Fast and Im so excited for my next appearance! Im so proud to have an amazing sister queen like Kim because she is such a great representative for Wisconsin!!!
Midwest Cycling Race Appearance June 25th
I Haven't even had my title for one week and already I had my first appearance! I had the opportunity to hand out trophies to the top 3 cyclists At the Midwest Cycling Race and I even got to ride in the pace car! It was so much fun to spend time with Kim Sawyer, Miss Wisconsin.
June 19th The Crowning Night!
Dreams really do come true! It was the beginning of the Miss Wisconsin Pageant, time for all of the Outstanding teens to go on stage to hear who the new Miss Wisconsin Outstanding Teen was. The first thing they announced was The Spirit Award. What a surprise it was to hear my name called as the spirit award winner! Before I knew it, it was time to reveal 2nd runner up, 1st runner up and the winner! They called Elise O Connel, then I heard Chelsea Dubceck's name and it was time for the winner to be called. When they said "Your new Miss Wisconsin Outstanding Teen Is Teaka Griesbach" I thought I was dreaming! That was the best moment of my life and I couldn't believe I was crowned. It goes to show you that hardwork and determination pays off! Im so excited for the year ahead!!
June 16th The Miss Wisconsin Outstanding Teen Pageant!!!!!
The Miss Wisconsin Outstanding Teen pageant was so amazing!!! I was nervous yet so excited to participate with such incredible girls!!! And WOW the stage??? Gorgeous!!! I cant begin to express the amount of fun I had this evening! :) Now I cant wait until Saturday to see who the next Miss Wisconsin Outstanding Teen is.... of course I hope it's me!! ;) But whomever it is I am sure they will represent Wisconsin well!!!
One more day!!!
So last night I got together with my favorite cake lady to make a special treat for all the Miss Wisconsin Teens and Misses!!! I had so much fun making them and I was FULL of frosting by the time I was done!!! I cant wait for tomorrow, just a few more things to do and I am as ready as I'll ever be!!! :D
I cant believe its finally here!!!! June 14th
I cant believe the Miss contestants have already started their week of fun!!! I am so excited that in two short days I will be competing for the title of the next Miss Wisconsin Outstanding Teen!!! It amazes me how fast it all went and that I could be the next representative for the Miss America Organization. Good luck to all the girls competing and I am working on a little surprise for you all!!! ;) See you all soon!!!
Dress Rehearsal!!!! June 9th, 2010
Dress Rehersal tonight was a blast! We got to walk through everything on stage with our outfits on and practice a few questions. ;o Thank you Cory and Michelle for the suitcase!!! What a wonderful surprise:) I cant believe the pageant is one week away!! getting excited:)

The evening of hope Talent Extravaganza~ what a night to remember!! So here it is.... a fun evening of some amazing talent gathered together for the same cause! A night filled with entertainment all to raise money to benefit the Childrens Miracle Network~ What a huge success!
